Manisha Rajaghatta - msr325@drexel.edu
I'm Manisha and am a freshman at Drexel University, majoring in Biomedical Engineering. In high school, I developed a passion for the STEM fields, which included pursuing a semester-long study in biotechnology focused on epidemiology, biomedical ethics and advanced techniques in chromatography. In addition to running Cross Country and Outdoor Track, I participated in FIRST Robotics Competition. There, I held leadership positions including team captain and chassis subteam co-captain and in 2014, was one of six selected finalists from the New England District for the FIRST Dean's List. Currently, I am a member of Alpha Sigma Alpha (Nu Nu), Society of Women Engineers and Panhellenic Council, where I am the Public Relations chair. I hope to get involved with biomedical research in the near future and continue my passions of FIRST Robotics, running, and ultimate frisbee.
Eric French - ejf58@drexel.edu
I'm Eric and I'm a mechanical engineering student at Drexel University! I enjoy all things math, physics, space, and cinema. Throughout high school, I participated in marching band, jazz band, and concert band playing the trumpet. I have had a deep passion for math ever since I started to find all of the really cool stuff online about it. At Drexel, I am involved in DragonsTeach, which is a great way to pursue one of my other passions, teaching. Through my first two terms at Drexel, I have managed to stay on Dean's List with a cumulative GPA of 3.9. I hope to be involved in Engineers without Borders in the future. My ultimate goal is to work with either SpaceX or NASA.
Neil Patel - nrp46@drexel.edu
I'm Neil Patel, and I am currently a Biomedical Engineering student at Drexel University. I enjoy doing math, and reading about advances in medicine, science, and technology. In highschool, I was apart of a multitude of clubs, varying from Track and Field, Science Olympiad, PJAS, and the National Honor Society. Advances in space technology, treatment of disease, and computers have always been somethings that always get me excited when reading about them. When I am not doing work or relaxing, you can usually find me at the gym. I love being physically active, as it is an integral part of my lifestyle. I plan on rushing Drexel's Chapter of Delta Phi Epsilon in the fall term, and also playing intramural rugby.
